I struggled pretty significantly postpartum after having 3 kids. Wow. I wish I had done IASIS after my first child. I struggled with anxiety for hours everyday and went to counseling which helped a lot. But iasis just took away the struggle. I’m in the same stressful situations but the intense negative feelings are gone. Absolutely recommend. It’s also just a very clean, peaceful environment with wonderfully kind staff.

I've been seeing Healthy Brain & Body to help with brain fog, quality sleep, and retention- but my biggest "win" that I'm absolutely thrilled about has been using it for helping with pain after breaking my ribs and helping my sacrum heal after a fall down a set of stairs.

TMS was my last resort in my effort to not even control, but just live with my anxiety and depression. Not to mention I had never even heard of IASIS. But I went against my crippling and often wrong anxiety about "what-if"s and "what's the point"s, trying not to expect too much of what sounds like a miracle after decades in the almost needle prickling numbness of mental illness. My first day I was shaking and crying to the point it was difficult to even speak. After the first session I felt a difference, but it wasn't a life changing moment like I had been expecting, but I stuck with with, and followed the regimen for success (no alcohol, caffeine, or medications, and drink electrolytes with treatment). I also made sure to start the week the IASIS and end with Exo Mind. I found this to be the most successful formula for me. That said, I was feeling better after each treatment, but it still wasn't "life changing". Which is what I needed. That was until my 7th session. I finally felt "it"! The click. The shift. The *change*. The morning after my 7th session I felt and intense influx of positive emotions that I've either not felt since childhood, or maybe ever in my life. It's as if im finally in the real world. No more paralyzing anxiety, stress, or obsession. I still feel all of my old feelings, the sadness and anxiety- the outside factors and stresses of the day to day still enter my mind, but now they can exit. They're not as intense or as deep. I feel a profound balance I never thought possible. There's room for positivity now. This was a lot of words to say that IASIS and Exo Mind worked above and beyond my expectations, gave me a quality of life I never thought possible, and opened up a future for me beyond my anxiety and depression. I can't thank HB&B's kind and professional team enough! 20/10 🌟

I have had a wonderful experience with Healthy Brain & Body. I started out with IASIS treatments because medications and other therapies weren’t working for postpartum anxiety and depression. It greatly improved my quality of life. Later I did exomind treatments and had even better and longer lasting relief from anxiety and depression. The staff are great! Everyone is kind, supportive, and it’s obvious they truly care about their clients.
